Quartet Supreme

Quartet Supreme began life in 2007 as a semi-regular jam session organised by saxophonist Edo Moria, featuring a melting pot of musicians with diverse national and musical backgrounds. After a string of gigs they honed in on their unique style of modern jazz with a funk twist. You can lock them into the Acid Jazz fusion box.

The debut album, Quality Assured, was recorded at Wick Studio in January 2009 with all songs recorded live in a huge hall, which was once an ice storage factory. The final product captures the sound of a band which has grown and evolved organically. The recordings took only one day to complete, with most tracks only requiring one take.

Joining Edo in Quartet Supreme are fusion guitarist Ben Baker, electric bassist Simon Sheridan and all-round drummer, Mark Zerafa.
